Real samples brushed out on your walls, looked at in your morning and evening light. Then firm start and finish dates that work around your household rather than ours.

Protect, Prep, Paint
Floors and furniture covered, gardens protected, surfaces washed, sanded and primed. Then full coats of the products named in your quote. The finish is only ever as good as what is underneath it.

We walk the job with you before we call it done. Anything you want tightened, we tighten. Final payment once the job is complete, and a 3 year warranty in writing behind it.

Our base is South Surrey and White Rock, and our crews work out across the Lower Mainland from there. Tsawwassen, The North Shore, Vancouver, Langley, Richmond and the communities around them. If you are not sure whether we cover your street, just ask.
Common Questions
Everything the job needs to be done properly, listed line by line. Surface preparation, any repairs, priming, the number of coats, and the specific product going on each surface. Masking, covering, furniture moving and daily cleanup are included rather than extra. If something is genuinely outside the scope, such as major rot repair found if we open a wall up, we tell you before we touch it rather than adding it to the invoice afterwards.
We handle it. Nail pops, cracked corner bead, tape seams that have let go, water damaged patches, wallpaper and the adhesive underneath it, plus the finishing carpentry that goes with a repaint such as replacing dented baseboard or re hanging a door that rubs. It is all in the same quote and done by the same crew, so you are not coordinating trades or waiting between contractors. Full drywall installation is the one thing we do not take on.
Yes, and it is free. Picking a colour off a two inch chip in a store is how people end up repainting twice. We brush out real samples on your own walls, look at them with you in both morning and evening light, and flag any combination that is going to fight your flooring or your fixed finishes. Deep colours and dramatic feature walls need extra coats to cover properly, and we build that into the quote rather than charging for it later.
Employees. Every painter on your job is on our payroll, trained to our standard, and covered by our $5M liability insurance and WorkSafeBC. A lot of companies broker overflow work out to subcontractors, which is why the crew can change halfway through a job and why accountability gets murky when something goes wrong. Ours does not change.
