How much does it cost to paint my home?
Every project is different, so we don't publish a price list. We give you a detailed flat-rate quote after seeing your space. No surprise add-ons. A typical residential project runs $3,000 to $18,000 depending on size and scope. Your quote is always free and there's no obligation.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, fully. We carry $5 million in liability insurance and full WorkSafe BC coverage for all our employees. We're also fully licensed to operate in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. You're completely protected.
How long will the project take?
It depends on the scope. As a general guide: a single room takes about half a day, a full apartment around 3 days, and a full house about a week. We'll give you a specific timeline in your quote and we stick to it.
What paint do you use?
We use premium quality paints and recommend the best product for your specific surface and environment. We apply 2 to 3 coats depending on the project, and always do proper prep: sanding, priming, and caulking. That's why we can back it with a 3-year warranty.
Do you use your own employees or subcontractors?
Always our own employees, never subcontractors. Every painter on your project is a trained, vetted Goodwell team member. The same crew works your project from start to finish so quality stays consistent and you always know who's in your home.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We do a final walkthrough with you before we consider a project done. If anything isn't right, we fix it on the spot. Every project also comes with a written 3-year warranty. If anything peels, fades, or chips within 3 years, we come back and make it right at no cost.
